Founders and leadership team 

4800 Partners is led by CEO Juliana Hess, a corporate strategist and former Chief Impact Officer. Belissa Rojas, a respected impact investing, organizational impact and sustainability executive, joins as Chair of the Advisory Board. Other founding members include environmental sustainability executive Stephanie Udler as COO and Head of Sustainability, entrepreneur and brand executive David Garrison as Chief Brand Officer, and communications and brand expert Joseph D. Simpson as Creative Director. 

The firm also brings together a suite of experienced advisors, including global supply chain and procurement executive Cesare Guarini (Belgium/Italy), investor relations and capital markets executive Mary Jensen (US), and brand strategy and innovation executive Stephanie Taddeo (UK).
