Cesare brings 25 years of qualified corporate experience spent mostly abroad (US/UK/Belgium/Switzerland) and in global roles, across diverse industries, at best-in-class companies and industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Clariant, and Philip Morris International.

On Sustainable Procurement, from 2012 through 2022 Cesare held newly established roles to develop and implement ESG strategies across the supply base, reporting to the respective Chief Procurement Officers.

As Head of Procurement Strategy Initiatives at Clariant (04/2012-06/2019), Cesare led the creation of a 5-person team to address a global scope of $ 4 billion yearly spend and more than 15’000 suppliers.

As Director of Sustainability Procurement at Philip Morris International (07/2019-06/2022), Cesare led the creation of a 7-person team to address a global scope of $ 10 billion yearly spend and more than 30’000 suppliers.
