Stephanie Udler

Stephanie is an accomplished executive with extensive management and technical experience in sustainability and climate change. With 20+ years serving the public/private sectors, she has proven expertise developing sustainability programs, including leading cross functional teams, developing, and executing strategy, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing policy impact. 

Stephanie has been working as an independent consultant with climate tech startups for the past year. She has helped her clients navigate federal and state incentives, submit grant proposals, understand, and communicate their sustainability impact, and apply to accelerator programs.  Prior, Stephanie served as an Advisor to the Head of Sustainability at Meta, where she was focused on developing and implementing sustainability and climate policy strategies. She worked with leadership and teams across Meta to help them understand how sustainability and climate policy would impact business operations and build a case for advocacy. She was responsible for fostering relationships with external stakeholders and developing partnerships to accomplish common goals. She led the cross-functional team that planned Meta’s presence at the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27).

She also led the Sustainability and Climate Change service offering at Booz Allen Hamilton, a top provider of management and technology consulting services, for 14 years. She managed multi-disciplinary teams that supported clients, primarily U.S. federal agencies, with each phase of their sustainability programs.
